Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating technical information from planning through to construction.
- Managing consultants, approvals and statutory submissions.
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and design compliance.
- Supporting discharge of planning conditions and technical queries.
- Liaising with commercial, construction and external stakeholders.
- Attending design team meetings and reporting progress.
- Supporting site teams with technical clarifications and updates.
About You
- Experience as a Technical Assistant or Technical Coordinator within residential development or housing partnerships.
- Good understanding of the residential design and build process.
- Confident coordinating consultants and managing information flow.
