The Opportunity

A strong opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join a growing housing partnerships contractor delivering residential-led developments across the South East. This role offers exposure to multiple projects at varying stages, working closely with consultants, local authorities and internal delivery teams to ensure smooth technical progression from design through to construction.

This position suits someone who has assisted well to date and is ready to take greater ownership, responsibility and progression within a structured, supportive environment.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating technical information from planning through to construction.
  • Managing consultants, approvals and statutory submissions.
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications and design compliance.
  • Supporting discharge of planning conditions and technical queries.
  • Liaising with commercial, construction and external stakeholders.
  • Attending design team meetings and reporting progress.
  • Supporting site teams with technical clarifications and updates.

About You

  • Experience as a Technical Assistant or Technical Coordinator within residential development or housing partnerships.
  • Good understanding of the residential design and build process.
  • Confident coordinating consultants and managing information flow.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Ambitious and keen to progress technically and professionally.
