You will take full responsibility for site delivery, working closely with commercial, technical and client teams to ensure programmes, quality and safety standards are met throughout construction.

Role Overview
  • Managing day-to-day site operations on partnership housing schemes.
  • Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site labour.
  • Managing programme, quality control and build sequencing.
  • Ensuring full compliance with health & safety requirements.
  • Liaising with client representatives, building control and consultants.
  • Managing inspections, snagging and handover processes.
  • Maintaining site records, reports and progress updates.
About You
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential new build projects.
  • Background in social or partnership housing preferred.
  • Strong understanding of build quality, safety and programme management.
  • Confident communicator with subcontractors and stakeholders.
  • CSCS essential; SMSTS and First Aid required.
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable running sites independently.
