Role Overview- Managing day-to-day site operations on partnership housing schemes.
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site labour.
- Managing programme, quality control and build sequencing.
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety requirements.
- Liaising with client representatives, building control and consultants.
- Managing inspections, snagging and handover processes.
- Maintaining site records, reports and progress updates.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential new build projects.
- Background in social or partnership housing preferred.
- Strong understanding of build quality, safety and programme management.
- Confident communicator with subcontractors and stakeholders.
- CSCS essential; SMSTS and First Aid required.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable running sites independently.
