Are you a Senior Estimator looking to join a stable, well-run contractor where your experience genuinely shapes the business? I’m working with a respected construction company based in the Gloucester area, known for delivering a wide range of projects across public and private sector clients. Their work spans building upkeep and improvement, external works, enabling packages, and specialist in-house trades - providing a diverse and consistent workload.
With continued growth and long-term frameworks in place, they’re now looking to strengthen their pre-construction team with an experienced Senior Estimator.
The RoleAs Senior Estimator, you’ll play a key role in pricing a varied portfolio of works, typically ranging from smaller reactive packages through to larger planned projects. You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders, working closely with operations, supply chain partners, and senior management to ensure commercially sound submissions. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will directly influence bid strategy, margins, and project success.
Ideal Candidate Profile- Proven experience in an estimating role within construction
- Strong background pricing refurbishment, maintenance, or multi-discipline works
