A growing specialist design and build contractor is looking to appoint a Senior Revit Designer to join its established design team in Reading. This is a genuinely senior, hands-on role working on technically complex projects across the UK, with a particular focus on food manufacturing, factory and production environments.
The projects go well beyond standard architectural design, requiring close coordination across multiple disciplines. You will be joining a six-person design department split across concept and technical design, with the technical side playing a central role in turning ambitious project concepts into fully coordinated, buildable solutions.
The business is growing quickly, both in headcount and in the size of the projects it delivers. Current schemes are typically in the £1m-£5m range, with a clear ambition over the next three to five years to move towards projects of approximately £15m. For the right person, that creates a genuine opportunity to grow with the department and potentially move into a future team leadership position.
Role Overview: As Senior Revit Designer, you will take a leading role in developing and coordinating technical design information across a range of projects.
