The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing housing partnerships contractor delivering residential schemes across the South East. This role offers exposure to multiple live projects, long-term frameworks and a stable pipeline of work within a collaborative, forward-thinking business.
You’ll take responsibility for commercial delivery on partnership housing schemes, working closely with construction, technical and client teams to ensure cost control, value and commercial compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Role Overview
- Managing the commercial delivery of residential partnership projects.
- Preparing budgets, forecasts and cost plans.
- Procuring subcontract packages and managing supply chain relationships.
- Assessing valuations, variations and payment applications.
- Completing monthly CVRs and commercial reporting.
- Supporting final accounts and project close-out.
- Working closely with site, technical and client-side teams.
About You
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a contractor environment.
- Background in residential, housing or partnership-led projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of cost control, procurement and reporting.
- Confident communicator with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Organised, commercially aware and detail focused.
- Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification or equivalent experience.
