The Opportunity

Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering client-side project management services from feasibility to completion.
- Managing programmes, risk registers and project reporting.
- Coordinating consultants, contractors and statutory stakeholders.
- Supporting procurement strategies and contract administration.
- Chairing project meetings and producing client-facing documentation.
- Monitoring quality, cost and programme performance.
- Ensuring projects are delivered in line with governance and H&S standards.

- Experience working in a building or construction consultancy environment.
