A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Procurement Manager to join a growing specialist business operating across both manufacturing and construction environments. This role offers the chance to take ownership of procurement activities across a diverse supply chain, supporting the delivery of technically complex projects within industrial, manufacturing and controlled environment sectors. You'll play a key role in driving commercial performance, strengthening supplier relationships and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Role Overview

  • Managing procurement strategy across multiple business divisions.
  • Negotiating supplier and subcontractor agreements.
  • Managing supplier relationships and framework agreements.
  • Leading strategic sourcing and procurement activities.
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain.
  • Supporting subcontractor procurement and supply chain management.
  • Monitoring supplier performance and commercial risk.
  • Managing procurement reporting, compliance and governance.
  • Working closely with commercial, operational and finance teams.
  • Supporting long-term business growth through effective procurement practices.

About You

  • Experience within procurement, supply chain or commercial management.
  • Construction, manufacturing or industrial sector experience preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Commercially aware with strong analytical ability.
  • Experience managing contracts, frameworks or procurement processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • CIPS qualification advantageous but not essential.
  • Ambitious and motivated to develop within a growing business.
