Projects are typically fast-track refurbishments up to £500k in value, with programmes of around 4–6 weeks, meaning you’ll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where organisation and hands-on delivery are key. This role will suit someone who enjoys being close to the work, leading from the front and taking full ownership of smaller projects from start to finish.

Role Overview

  • Managing day-to-day site operations on fast-track refurb projects.
  • Leading trades and subcontractors on site.
  • Working hands-on where required (working foreman element).
  • Driving programme to meet tight project timelines.
  • Ensuring high standards of quality and finish.
  • Managing health & safety and site compliance.
  • Liaising with clients and project teams.
  • Managing deliveries, logistics and site coordination.
  • Overseeing snagging and handover.

About You

  • Experience as a Site Manager or Working Foreman within refurbishment.
  • Background in hospitality, retail or fast-track fit out projects.
  • Comfortable delivering projects independently.
  • Hands-on approach with strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage short programme projects (4–6 weeks).
  • Strong organisation and problem-solving ability.
  • Willingness to travel across the South Coast and stay away when required.
