Role Overview
- Managing day-to-day site operations on fast-track refurb projects.
- Leading trades and subcontractors on site.
- Working hands-on where required (working foreman element).
- Driving programme to meet tight project timelines.
- Ensuring high standards of quality and finish.
- Managing health & safety and site compliance.
- Liaising with clients and project teams.
- Managing deliveries, logistics and site coordination.
- Overseeing snagging and handover.
About You
- Experience as a Site Manager or Working Foreman within refurbishment.
- Background in hospitality, retail or fast-track fit out projects.
- Comfortable delivering projects independently.
- Hands-on approach with strong leadership skills.
