Planned Maintenance Surveyor We’re working with a well-established public sector organisation seeking a Planned Maintenance Surveyor to support the delivery of high-quality planned works programmes across their housing stock. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking team with a strong focus on asset investment, sustainability, and long-term housing quality. The Role You’ll play a key role in delivering planned maintenance programmes, ensuring works are completed to a high standard, on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include: * Managing planned maintenance projects across a residential portfolio * Working closely with contractors to ensure quality and compliance * Undertaking property inspections and preparing specifications of work * Supporting programme delivery including cyclical works and major repairs * Monitoring contractor performance and resolving on-site issues * Ensuring excellent customer service for residents throughout projects About You * Experience in a property maintenance or surveying role (ideally within housing) * Strong knowledge of planned works and contractor management * Organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects * Excellent attention to detail and communication skills * A collaborative approach and commitment to high standards What’s on Offer * Competitive salary up to £44,472 (with performance progression) * 27 days annual leave + 5 extra days after long service * Local Government Pension Scheme * Hybrid working (home and office-based) * Employee discounts across major retailers and restaurants * Employee Assistance Programme (24/7 support) * On-site parking
