An experienced Site Manager is required to oversee a new build housing development in Pembroke. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing residential developer on a permanent basis, taking full responsibility for day‑to‑day site operations and delivering high‑quality timber frame homes safely, on time, and to programme.
The Role:
- Manage all on‑site activities from inception through to completion
- Oversee subcontractors and site teams to ensure quality and productivity
- Maintain health & safety standards and site compliance
- Ensure works are delivered to programme and within budget
- Liaise with senior management and key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering timber frame housing projects (essential)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of NHBC standards and residential build processes
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified
