An experienced Site Manager is required to oversee a new build housing development in Pembroke. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing residential developer on a permanent basis, taking full responsibility for day‑to‑day site operations and delivering high‑quality timber frame homes safely, on time, and to programme.

The Role:

  • Manage all on‑site activities from inception through to completion
  • Oversee subcontractors and site teams to ensure quality and productivity
  • Maintain health & safety standards and site compliance
  • Ensure works are delivered to programme and within budget
  • Liaise with senior management and key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering timber frame housing projects (essential)
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of NHBC standards and residential build processes
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified
