The Opportunity
A strong opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established building consultancy in Oxford. This role offers the chance to lead projects, manage key client relationships and play an active role in shaping commercial outcomes across a varied project portfolio. Role Overview
- Delivering full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services.
- Managing projects from feasibility through to final account.
- Preparing cost plans, budgets, forecasts and tender documentation.
- Providing procurement advice and administering contracts.
- Managing client relationships and acting as a commercial lead.
- Supporting junior QS team members through mentoring and guidance.
- Producing clear, accurate commercial reports and recommendations.
About You
- Strong consultancy or client-side quantity surveying experience.
- MRICS qualified or working toward chartership.
- Confident managing projects independently and leading clients.
- Solid knowledge of JCT and NEC contract forms.
- Commercially astute with excellent communication skills.
- Ambitious and keen to progress within a consultancy environment.
