New Homes Manager This is a rare opportunity to join a long-established and highly respected property business as they invest in launching a dedicated New Homes department. Working across Telford and Wolverhampton, you ll take the lead in developing the New Homes offering, building relationships with developers, winning new instructions and becoming the driving force behind the department. With an established estate agency network already generating New Homes opportunities, you ll have the autonomy to take ownership of the department, build on its existing success and play a key role in its future growth. The Role * Develop and grow the New Homes department across Telford and Wolverhampton. * Build relationships with local and regional housebuilders and developers. * Generate new business and win new instructions. * Advise developers on pricing, marketing strategy and sales launches. * Manage developments from instruction through to successful completion. * Deal with the selling of plots and sites * Become the New Homes specialist across the business. * Play a key role in shaping the future growth of the department.
