The Opportunity

A strong opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing housing partnerships contractor delivering residential-led developments across the South West. Working within a collaborative framework environment, you\’ll support the commercial delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion.

This role offers long-term stability, repeat work and the chance to develop within a business that values structured processes and team collaboration.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

• Managing commercial delivery on partnership housing schemes.
• Preparing and maintaining budgets, cost plans and forecasts.
• Procuring subcontract packages and managing supply chain performance.
• Assessing valuations, variations and payment applications.
• Completing monthly CVRs and financial reporting.
• Supporting final accounts and commercial close-out.
• Working closely with construction, technical and client teams.

About You

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a contractor environment.
• Residential or housing partnership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of procurement, cost control and reporting.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Organised, commercially aware and detail focused.
• Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification or equivalent experience.
