Role Overview
- Managing commercial aspects of residential construction projects.
- Producing CVRs, forecasts and cost reports.
- Procuring subcontractors and managing packages.
- Managing valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Supporting commercial reporting and project profitability.
- Visiting projects regularly while working flexibly between office and home.
- Working closely with the Commercial Manager and wider operational teams.
About You
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within an SME main contractor or residential contractor.
- Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge.
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams.
- Ambitious and looking to progress toward Senior QS level.
