Role Overview You will be responsible for: * Delivering client-side project management services from feasibility to handover. * Managing programmes, risk registers and project reporting. * Coordinating consultants, contractors and statutory stakeholders. * Supporting procurement strategies and contract administration. * Chairing meetings and producing clear client-facing documentation. * Monitoring cost, quality and programme performance. * Ensuring projects are delivered in line with governance and H&S standards. About You * Experience working in a building or construction consultancy environment. * Strong understanding of project management processes and best practice. * Confident, professional communicator with client-facing experience. * Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects. * Knowledge of construction contracts and procurement routes. * Motivated to progress within a consultancy setting.
