For my client – a forward-thinking, highly respected regional contractor delivering complex, technically led projects. Are you a senior construction leader with a proven track record delivering major, mission-critical schemes? Do you thrive in technically demanding environments where leadership, strategy, and precision are paramount? I’m recruiting on behalf of an outstanding regional construction business to appoint a Project Director to lead the delivery of a flagship data centre project in Central London, with an estimated site value of c. £200m. This is a pivotal, high-profile role within the business and represents a rare opportunity to take ownership of one of the most significant projects in its portfolio.
The Role
As Project Director, you will have full responsibility for the successful end-to-end delivery of this landmark data centre project, from pre-construction through to completion and handover. You will act as the senior client-facing lead, setting project strategy, driving programme and commercial performance, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and technical excellence. Working closely with internal teams, consultants, and key supply-chain partners, you will lead a large, multidisciplinary delivery team and report directly at board level.
