Our prestigious client, a leading PLC housing developer with an exceptional reputation in the South East, is seeking an outstanding Strategic Land Manager to drive their land acquisition and development strategy.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic professional responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing strategic land opportunities across Surrey and the surrounding regions. This is a pivotal role that requires a sophisticated understanding of land promotion, planning regulations, and strategic development potential.

Exceptional Compensation Package
