Role Overview

  • Assisting with preparation of estimates and tender submissions.
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents.
  • Supporting take-offs and quantity measurement.
  • Obtaining supplier and subcontractor quotations.
  • Assisting with cost planning and value engineering exercises.
  • Supporting bid submissions and tender reviews.
  • Liaising with operational and commercial teams.
  • Visiting projects and clients where required.

About You

  • Experience within construction estimating or quantity surveying preferred.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
