Role Overview
- Delivering pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services.
- Supporting or leading projects from feasibility through to final account.
- Preparing cost plans, budgets, forecasts and tender documentation.
- Advising clients on procurement routes and contract strategy.
- Administering contracts and managing commercial risk.
- Producing accurate reports and recommendations for clients.
- Supporting junior team members as you progress.
About You
- Consultancy or client-side quantity surveying experience.
- Working toward or holding a relevant professional qualification (MRICS desirable).
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a professional, client-facing approach.
- Organised, proactive and keen to develop within a consultancy environment.
- Ability to manage workload appropriate to your experience level.
