Lettings Administrator

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected independent estate agency as a Lettings Administrator.

You'll play an important role within a busy lettings department, providing administrative support to the wider team and helping ensure new tenancies, property records and day-to-day lettings processes are managed efficiently.

The Role

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the lettings team.
  • Prepare tenancy documentation and associated paperwork.
  • Progress new tenancies and ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate landlord, tenant and property records.
  • Update the CRM and internal property systems.
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants and applicants by telephone and email.
  • Assist with referencing and compliance documentation.
  • Support tenancy renewals and relets.
  • Assist with the marketing and launch of available properties.
  • Handle incoming enquiries and provide a high level of customer service.
  • Support the wider lettings team with general administration.

About You

We're looking for an organised, proactive and personable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.

You could already be working within lettings or estate agency administration, or come from a strong administrative or customer service background and be looking to develop a career within property.

You'll have

  • Previous administration or customer service experience.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence dealing with customers by telephone and email.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Good IT skills and confidence using databases and CRM systems.
  • A proactive and professional approach.
  • Previous property or lettings experience would be advantageous but isn't essential.
