This is a pivotal position within the pre-construction team, offering significant influence across project selection, bid development, and business growth.
The Role
As MEP Managing Estimator, you will lead the estimating function for all mechanical and electrical packages across a portfolio of complex projects. Working closely with the Pre-Construction Director, Technical Managers, Commercial Teams, and Operational Leadership, you will be responsible for producing robust cost plans, managing tender submissions, and ensuring commercial viability.
