As a Contracts Manager, you will:
- Oversee 3–4 live housing developments at various build stages.
- Lead site teams and support operational delivery from planning through handover.
- Ensure programme, budget, quality, and safety targets are met.
- Build effective relationships with partners, consultants, and client teams.
- Review performance, manage risks, and report progress to senior leadership.
- Provide input during pre-construction and procurement stages.
- Support leadership in driving standards and improving operational efficiency.
