As Commercial Lead, you'll take full ownership of the commercial strategy and delivery of this transformative scheme. You'll lead commercial negotiations with stakeholders, subcontractors and suppliers while developing innovative cost and value solutions that maintain project viability. You'll be responsible for managing risk and opportunity to protect and enhance project margins, building and leading a high-performing commercial team, and collaborating with design, planning and delivery teams to maximize efficiency.
