This role offers involvement across the full project lifecycle, supporting technical delivery from pre-construction through to handover while ensuring compliance, quality and technical excellence.
Role Overview
- Leading technical coordination across projects.
- Managing internal and external design teams.
- Supporting technical reviews, compliance and buildability.
- Managing technical queries and design changes.
- Supporting BIM coordination and digital delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and CDM.
- Supporting pre-construction bids and tender reviews.
- Managing technical risk and value engineering opportunities.
- Liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
About You
- Experience within technical management or design management.
- Strong understanding of construction detailing and technical coordination.
- Experience within industrial, defence or data centre sectors desirable.
- Strong understanding of BIM, Revit and technical software.
- Commercially aware with strong communication skills.
- Degree qualified or equivalent construction background.
