We’re now looking for a Consultant, Senior, or Principal to join our growing construction division and help shape the next chapter of our success story.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a full 360° recruitment role – but done properly.

You’ll:

* Build long-term relationships with clients who value quality over speed

* Scout, attract, and represent top White Collar Construction talent

* Interview and assess candidates with a consultative, expert-led approach

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement

* Provide real market insight, not generic sales talk

* Collaborate with a supportive team who champion each other’s success

You won’t be micromanaged.

You won’t be pushed into meaningless KPIs.

You’ll be trusted to do your best work!

Has experience in recruitment (Construction or similar preferred)
