What You’ll Be Doing

  • This is a full 360° recruitment role - but done properly.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients who value quality over speed.
  • Scout, attract, and represent top White Collar Construction talent.
  • Interview and assess candidates with a consultative, expert-led approach.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement.
  • Provide real market insight, not generic sales talk.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team who champion each other’s success.
