Mortgage Advisor

We’re working with an established independent mortgage brokerage in Bristol who are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join their team.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing independent business offering a supportive environment, strong earning potential and the flexibility to focus on providing clients with a genuinely personal service.

With leads and administrative support provided, you’ll be able to focus on advising clients, building relationships and writing business.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for providing mortgage advice and supporting clients throughout the mortgage process, including:

  • Speaking with new and existing clients to understand their circumstances
  • Providing tailored mortgage advice and recommendations
  • Researching and recommending suitable mortgage solutions
  • Managing clients from initial enquiry through to application
  • Building strong, long-term client relationships
  • Liaising with lenders and other parties throughout the process
  • Working closely with the administrative team to progress applications
  • Ensuring advice and documentation meets regulatory requirements
  • Delivering an excellent level of client service throughout

About You

We’re looking for someone who is

  • Ce MAP qualified or equivalent
  • Experienced within mortgage advice
  • Client-focused, professional and personable
  • Confident building relationships with clients
  • Motivated and commercially minded
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working within a collaborative team
  • Driven to develop their earnings and career
