The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced MEP Estimator to join a specialist contractor delivering technically complex projects across the data centre, defence and industrial sectors. This role will focus on leading competitive tender submissions, managing bid strategy and supporting business growth across high-value MEP projects.
Role Overview
- Leading MEP tender submissions and cost planning.
- Reviewing tender documentation and identifying risks/opportunities.
- Managing subcontractor and supplier pricing processes.
- Supporting value engineering and bid strategy.
- Liaising with clients and attending tender interviews.
- Preparing detailed estimates and adjudication reports.
- Supporting pre-construction and commercial teams.
- Managing estimating software and reporting systems.
About You
- Significant experience within MEP estimating.
- Strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems.
- Data centre or industrial sector experience preferred.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
- Experience using estimating software such as Conquest preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management ability.
