The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Associate-level professional to join a growing building consultancy with a strong presence across the South West. This role offers a clear pathway into senior leadership, with genuine influence over project delivery, client relationships and team development.
You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of projects, supporting both public and private sector clients while helping shape the future growth of the regional office.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services.
- Managing projects from inception through to final account.
- Preparing cost plans, budgets, forecasts and commercial reports.
- Providing procurement advice and contract administration.
- Leading client meetings and acting as a trusted commercial advisor.
- Supporting, mentoring and developing junior QS team members.
- Contributing to repeat business and long-term client relationships.
About You
- Strong consultancy or client-side quantity surveying experience.
- MRICS qualified or working toward chartership.
- Confident managing projects independently and leading clients.
- Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contract forms.
- Commercially astute with excellent communication skills.
- Ambitious and motivated to progress into Associate leadership.
