Working on luxury refurbishments, extensions, heritage properties and bespoke homes, you will combine hands-on trade involvement with site supervision responsibilities. This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking to take ownership of projects while remaining actively involved in delivery.
Role Overview
- Supervising day-to-day site operations
- Remaining hands-on with construction activities where required
- Coordinating subcontractors and specialist trades
- Managing site quality and workmanship
- Monitoring project progress against programme
- Ensuring health and safety compliance
- Liaising with clients and consultants
- Managing deliveries and site logistics
- Supporting the Site Manager and Contracts Manager
- Resolving site issues as they arise
- Maintaining site records and documentation

About You
- Strong trade background essential
- Previous experience as a Working Foreman, Foreman or Lead Carpenter
- High-end residential experience preferred
- Excellent eye for detail and finishing quality
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to lead small site teams
- Good communication skills
- SSSTS or SMSTS advantageous
- CSCS Card
- Full UK driving licence
