A specialist contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of bespoke high-end residential projects across Bristol, Bath and the surrounding areas. Working on luxury refurbishments, extensions, heritage properties and one-off new build homes, you'll be responsible for managing projects where quality, craftsmanship and client experience are paramount. Projects are typically architect-led and require exceptional attention to detail throughout the build process.
Role Overview
- Managing high-specification residential projects from start to completion
- Coordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers on site
- Maintaining programme and budget objectives
- Ensuring exceptional quality standards throughout construction
- Managing health and safety compliance
- Liaising with homeowners, architects and consultants
- Managing refurbishment, extension and bespoke new-build projects
- Conducting regular quality inspections
- Managing material procurement and deliveries
- Resolving technical and construction challenges
- Producing progress reports and programme updates

- Previous experience as a Site Manager within high-end residential construction
- Strong trade background essential
