A specialist contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of bespoke high-end residential projects across Bristol, Bath and the surrounding areas. Working on luxury refurbishments, extensions, heritage properties and one-off new build homes, you'll be responsible for managing projects where quality, craftsmanship and client experience are paramount. Projects are typically architect-led and require exceptional attention to detail throughout the build process.

Role Overview

  • Managing high-specification residential projects from start to completion
  • Coordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers on site
  • Maintaining programme and budget objectives
  • Ensuring exceptional quality standards throughout construction
  • Managing health and safety compliance
  • Liaising with homeowners, architects and consultants
  • Managing refurbishment, extension and bespoke new-build projects
  • Conducting regular quality inspections
  • Managing material procurement and deliveries
  • Resolving technical and construction challenges

About You

  • Previous experience as a Site Manager within high-end residential construction
  • Strong trade background essential
  • Experience delivering luxury refurbishments and bespoke homes
  • Excellent eye for detail and quality
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors effectively
  • SMSTS qualification
  • CSCS Card
  • First Aid qualification
  • Full UK driving licence
