Walker and Sloan are proud to be once again working with an award winning media planning and buying agency in Bath. Due to some great growth they are seeking a Senior Media Account Manager to the team.

The Role: Working closely with senior management, our AV and Digital teams, you’ll play a key role in planning, buying and delivering high-performing campaigns for a range of clients. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment. This will be the next step in your career where you will be given responsibility to manage accounts and make a real difference to your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on media planning and buying across Press, Radio and OOH
  • Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
  • Develop strategic media recommendations and campaign plans
  • Negotiate with media owners to deliver best value and performance
  • Monitor, analyse and report on campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal teams and senior stakeholders

About You:

  • 4+ years’ experience in media planning and buying
  • Strong knowledge of Press, Radio and OOH channels
  • Working knowledge of TV and digital is a bonus (but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Commercially minded with strong negotiation ability
  • Enjoys presenting ideas both internally and to clients
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
