Our client is hiring a Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a circa £10 million refurbishment project in the South of Bristol. This is a high-profile, community-driven project focused on modernising and revitalising a key local hub, with a strong emphasis on quality, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement.

The Role:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage the refurbishment to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations.
  • Work closely with the project manager and client teams to deliver on programme and budget.
  • Maintain strong communication with local stakeholders and community representatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record managing refurbishment projects of similar scale (£5M+), ideally in the public or community sector.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and H&S compliance.
