Walker & Sloan are working with an outstanding regional construction contractor to recruit a Senior Site Manager to deliver projects across Bristol and the South West.
This role will see you leading projects up to £6m in value, taking full responsibility for site delivery from start through to completion.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of day-to‑day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities
- Managing site operations and subcontractors
- Driving programme and site productivity
- Maintaining quality and site standards
- Liaising with project teams, consultants and clients
- Managing reporting, progress updates and site documentation
About You
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or experienced Site Manager
- Background working for a main contractor
- Experience delivering projects in the £3m–£10m range
- Strong leadership and site coordination skills
