Walker and Sloan are proud to be once again working with an award winning media planning and buying agency in Bath. Due to some great growth they are seeking a Senior Media Account Manager to the team.
The Role: Working closely with senior management, our AV and Digital teams, you’ll play a key role in planning, buying and delivering high-performing campaigns for a range of clients. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative agency environment. This will be the next step in your career where you will be given responsibility to manage accounts and make a real difference to your clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on media planning and buying across Press, Radio and OOH
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Develop strategic media recommendations and campaign plans
- Negotiate with media owners to deliver best value and performance
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal teams and senior stakeholders
About You:
- 4+ years’ experience in media planning and buying
- Strong knowledge of Press, Radio and OOH channels
- Working knowledge of TV and digital is a bonus (but not essential)
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Commercially minded with strong negotiation ability
- Enjoys presenting ideas both internally and to clients
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
