Projects include cleanrooms, cold stores, firewalls, controlled environments and industrial partitioning systems across manufacturing, industrial and data centre sectors. Role Overview

  • Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion.
  • Coordinating operational teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Managing programme, quality and commercial performance.
  • Liaising with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
  • Supporting procurement and logistics coordination.
  • Managing project reporting and delivery strategy.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely and compliantly.

About You

  • Experience as a Project Manager within construction or specialist contracting.
  • Background in industrial, manufacturing, fit out or technical projects preferred.
  • Strong communication and leadership ability.
  • Commercially aware with strong organisational skills.
  • Comfortable travelling across the Midlands region.
