Quantity Surveyor – Cardiff – Circa £50,000 Package Walker & Sloan are currently working with a reputable main contractor who have a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a major £30m refurbishment project based in Cardiff . This is a residential scheme with a strong community and sustainability focus, offering a long-term pipeline of secured work and the chance to make a real impact within a collaborative delivery team. The Role: As Quantity Surveyor, you\’ll be responsible for managing the financial performance of the project from start to finish. This includes forecasting, subcontractor procurement, valuations, variation management and reporting. You\’ll work closely with the site and commercial teams to ensure everything runs smoothly, profitably, and in line with contractual obligations.
