You will work on fast-paced, high-value commercial interiors and workplace transformation projects for blue-chip clients, managing full commercial responsibility from procurement through to final account.

This role offers exposure to flagship schemes, a high-performing commercial team and strong long-term progression into Senior QS or Commercial Manager roles.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing commercial activity across multiple fit-out projects.
  • Preparing tender packages, procurement and subcontract management.
  • Cost planning, forecasting and budget control.
  • Assessing variations, valuations and commercial risks.
  • Working closely with clients, design teams and internal project teams.
  • Producing CVRs, reports and financial updates.
  • Supporting final account negotiations and project close-out.
  • Ensuring compliance with contract requirements (JCT).
About You

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the fit-out or interiors sector. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of fast-track delivery. Ability to manage multiple projects with demanding deadlines. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Experience with JCT contracts. Highly organised with strong analytical and reporting capability. Motivated, proactive and able to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
