For my client – a leading D&B contractor with a growing regional presence. Are you an ambitious Project Manager with experience delivering Design & Build fit out projects? I’m recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking and well-respected D&B contractor that’s expanding its operations across the M4 Corridor, delivering exceptional commercial and workplace interiors for a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company known for its collaborative culture, design-led approach, and strong reputation for quality delivery and repeat business.
The RoleAs Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of CAT A and CAT B fit out projects from concept to completion - typically valued up to £5 million. You’ll manage client relationships, coordinate with design and delivery teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Working closely with the commercial and operations teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring successful outcomes across multiple projects along the M4 corridor.
- Proven experience managing D&B fit out projects from start to finish
- Strong understanding of commercial interiors and fast-track delivery
- Confident leading client meetings and managing on-site delivery teams
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Based in or commutable to the M4 Corridor (Bristol / Bath / Swindon)
- Salary up to £60,000 (DOE) + Performance Bonuses
