Preconstruction Manager – Commercial Fit-Out

Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

About the Role

Walker & Sloan are representing a well-established interior fit-out contractor looking to appoint a Preconstruction Manager to lead their front-end project strategy and coordination. This is a strategic role focused on taking projects from client enquiry through to construction start.

You’ll manage bids, coordinate design, programming, and estimating efforts, and act as the glue between client expectations and delivery feasibility.
