This role will focus on leading competitive tender submissions, managing bid strategy and supporting business growth across high-value MEP projects.
Role Overview
- Leading MEP tender submissions and cost planning.
- Reviewing tender documentation and identifying risks/opportunities.
- Managing subcontractor and supplier pricing processes.
- Supporting value engineering and bid strategy.
- Liaising with clients and attending tender interviews.
- Preparing detailed estimates and adjudication reports.
- Supporting pre-construction and commercial teams.
- Managing estimating software and reporting systems.
About You
- Significant experience within MEP estimating.
- Strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems.
- Data centre or industrial sector experience preferred.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
