This is a highly influential role within the business, offering the chance to build and develop procurement processes, strengthen supplier relationships and drive commercial performance across the group. Role Overview
- Managing procurement strategy across both manufacturing and construction divisions.
- Negotiating supplier and subcontractor agreements.
- Managing supplier relationships, frameworks and commercial terms.
- Leading strategic sourcing and procurement activities.
- Managing supplier due diligence and compliance processes.
- Supporting subcontractor and supply chain management across projects.
- Monitoring supplier performance, cost savings and procurement risk.
- Managing procurement governance, reporting and contract registers.
- Supporting operational teams with procurement and supply chain strategy.
- Working closely with commercial, finance and operational leadership teams.
About You
- Experience within procurement, supply chain or commercial management.
- Construction, manufacturing or industrial sector experience preferred.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Commercially aware with strong analytical ability.
- Experience managing contracts, supplier frameworks or procurement processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- CIPS qualification or similar preferred.
- Ambitious and motivated to develop within a growing business.
