A brilliant opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a respected leisure-sector contractor delivering fast-paced refurbishments and new-build schemes across the UK. You will oversee a mix of live leisure, hospitality and accommodation projects, leading multiple teams while ensuring quality, programme and commercial performance.

Role OverviewYou will be responsible for:
- Managing 2–3 live projects at any one time.
- Overseeing fast-track refurbishments and new-build schemes.
- Supporting teams from pre-construction through to handover.
- Ensuring H&S, quality and programme milestones are achieved.
- Managing subcontractors, supply chain partners and site teams.
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders on progress and delivery.
- Producing reports and updates for the Operations Director.
- Nationwide travel to sites as required.
Experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager.
Strong background in leisure, hospitality, pubs, hotels or fast-track refurb work.
Able to manage several projects at once with tight deadlines.
Practical understanding of build processes, fit-out logistics and quality standards.
Confident communicator with strong leadership ability.
Longevity in previous roles is important (not a job-hopper).
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the UK.
