We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified MEP Senior Project Manager to take the lead on a major MEP-biased construction project located in Aztec West, Bristol, with additional responsibility for supporting projects across the wider Bristol–Wiltshire region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead MEP coordination, installation, and commissioning on a flagship project in Aztec West
- Provide technical MEP support across multiple regional projects
- Manage subcontractor performance, quality control, and compliance
- Ensure integration of MEP works with overall construction programme
- Drive project performance across cost, quality, safety, and delivery
- Collaborate with commercial, planning, and delivery teams
Qualifications & Certifications (Essential):
- Minimum HNC in related discipline
- Membership of a recognised professional body (e.g., CIOB, RICS, APM, or PMP certified)
- CSCS card (managerial/professional level)
- SMSTS (5-day) – Site Management Safety Training Scheme
- First Aid at Work
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale MEP works from pre-construction through to commissioning
