We’re seeking an experienced MEP Divisional Lead to take ownership of a high-value, technically complex portfolio of projects across the M4 Corridor. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can set direction, drive performance, and elevate MEP delivery standards across multiple schemes—without the constraints of a single-project focus.
The Role
- Lead the MEP function across a portfolio of flagship developments, ensuring excellence from pre-construction through to delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading MEP strategy and delivery across multiple projects
- Managing and mentoring Building Services Managers, Project Managers, and commercial teams
- Driving programme, quality, and cost performance
- Overseeing procurement and supply chain engagement
- Acting as the senior point of contact for stakeholders
- Ensuring best practice in design coordination and site delivery
About You
- Strong background in MEP / Building Services delivery
- Experience operating at senior project or divisional level
- Experience working in the data, energy and nuclear sectors
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams
- Comfortable leading from both a strategic and technical standpoint
- Commercially astute with strong stakeholder management skills
