We\'re now looking for a Consultant, Senior, or Principal to join our growing Digital & Marketing recruitment division, helping brands hire exceptional marketing talent while shaping the future of our business.
What You\'ll Be Doing
Build long‐term partnerships with businesses hiring digital and in‐house marketing talent
Source, engage, and represent high‐quality marketing professionals across disciplines
Interview and advise candidates with a consultative, market‐led approach
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to placement
Provide genuine market insight on salaries, hiring trends, and talent availability
Work closely with a collaborative team that supports and celebrates success
You won\'t be micromanaged. You won\'t be driven by meaningless activity KPIs. You will be trusted to do your job well.

Has recruitment experience (digital, marketing, or professional services preferred)
Enjoys building trusted relationships, not quick wins
