Role Overview
- Assisting with preparation of estimates and tender submissions.
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents.
- Supporting take-offs and quantity measurement.
- Obtaining supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Assisting with cost planning and value engineering exercises.
- Supporting bid submissions and tender reviews.
- Liaising with operational and commercial teams.
- Visiting projects and clients where required.
About You
- Experience within construction estimating or quantity surveying preferred.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
