A leading regional contractor is looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a residential development in Exeter. The scheme forms part of a wider portfolio of affordable housing, shared ownership and residential developments delivered across the South West. You will work closely with an experienced Site Manager, assisting with:
- Programme management

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Finishing Foreman
- Residential construction experience preferred
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS or SSSTS preferred
