An exciting opportunity for a Designer to join a growing modular construction business delivering technically innovative projects across the UK. This role offers the chance to work across the full design lifecycle, from technical design through to manufacturing and site construction, supporting the delivery of high-quality modular building solutions. You’ll work within a collaborative technical team while gaining exposure to modern methods of construction and highly detailed modular systems.

Role Overview

  • Producing technical drawings and Revit models.
  • Supporting modular building design from RIBA stages 1–5.
  • Developing construction details, schedules and technical packages.
  • Coordinating design information with consultants and suppliers.
  • Supporting technical compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Assisting manufacturing and site construction design processes.
  • Supporting BIM Level 2 coordination and project delivery.
  • Working closely with internal design and project teams.

About You

  • Experience within architectural, technical or modular design.
  • Revit and AutoCAD experience essential.
  • Strong technical detailing ability.
  • Understanding of UK Building Regulations and compliance.
  • Interest in modular or offsite construction.
  • Organised and collaborative approach.
  • Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification preferred.
