Walker & Sloan is seeking an experienced Design Manager to join one of the UK's most significant live data centre developments in London. You will coordinate design delivery across pre-construction and live phases, ensuring the programme, technical compliance, value engineering and buildability are respected.
The ideal candidate will have main contractor design delivery experience, strong knowledge of Building Regulations and CDM, and professional qualifications such as RIBA, CIOB or ICE.
